Project Description
Programmers will have an active role in the design and implementation of highly functional, multifaceted website with digital media, social networking, blogging and wiki-able elements. All positions are permanent and full-time.

- Fast learners ready to embrace new technologies and actively contribute to the evolution of web-based project.
- Outstanding academic pedigree important.
- Independent projects demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit a big plus.
- Advanced web programming. Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails, AJAX, Wiki, JavaScript or CMS very helpful.
- Solid software engineering including algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases and design patterns. Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL a big plus.
- Passion for digital media, social networking, blogging, groupware and online interaction also a plus for this position.
We are also looking for a few programmers who are skilled in UI and Web Design. Ideal candidates will have:
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility and outstanding artistic ability.
- Expert knowledge of XHTML, CSS. Experience with user surveys and use cases a plus.
