Command Line
In addition to Eclipse, the other powerful tool you'll use programming LimeWire is the Unix command line. Here's how to get to the command line on your personal computer.
Windows
To get a Unix command line on Windows, install Cygwin.
Mac
Mac OS X is built on Unix. To access the command line, go to Applications and open Terminal.
Linux
The exact steps for getting to the command line in Linux depend on what distribution and desktop environment you're using. On Ubuntu, from the Applications menu, go to Accessories and choose Terminal. On KDE, open Konsole.
